Ordering Policies - The Wooden Heart - Country Furniture & Homewares.
~Private Orders-Within Australia~
- Please allow up to 5-6 weeks for delivery. (In most cases we will have your stock on hand, hence quick delivery.)
- All items subject to availability.
- The Wooden Heart does not provide online transactions at this time. If the piece you request is available, we will notify you of ordering and payment options.
- As our Country Furniture and Homewares vary greatly in size and weight, an email request noting product name and item number should be sent in the first instance to enable correct postage/transport costs to be quoted.
- Cheques should be made payable to "The Wooden Heart" and crossed "Not Negotiable". Note that the order will be shipped AFTER the cheque has been cleared. Our postal address is The Wooden Heart, 54 Doherty Street, Bairnsdale, Victoria, 3875, Australia.
- For payment by direct transfer to our bank account, email me
with your order details and I'll send you BSB and account details.
Please remember that delivery rates will be quoted individually and are not included in pricing schedule on my web site. - INTERNET ORDER REQUESTS ARE NOT BINDING.
For Our Overseas Clients and Orders
We have shipped product overseas, however smaller items only. If you
wish to purchase any of my smaller range, please check with me for
transport and delivery costs first. Transport and packaging costs on any
of my larger product is unfortunately too high to make it worthwhile for
our business and "you" the purchaser.
Wholesale Enquiries
The Wooden Heart will be glad to fill your Australian Wholesale needs.
We have a minimum order of $2000.00. Product will take 2 to 8 weeks
depending on the type and number of items you are ordering. Please email
your business name, address and contact number to receive our wholesale
price list and brochure. Product available to Australian Businesses only
We do have a policy of one outlet in the one town.
Please note that currently I am not
accepting any further wholesale orders, as existing outlets are keeping
me too busy at the moment. Thank you for all your requests.
